So I went to the polar bears and told them ‘You all are dumb’, without saying anything, they attacked me.
I imagined that I must have hurt their feelings so I went again, this time I said ‘Guys you are not dumb’, again without saying anything, they attacked me. I realized that they must have assumed a hidden sarcasm in my words.
I decided to let things settle for a week and try again; this time I said ‘Guys I am sorry’. Unsurprisingly I was attacked again. Barely escaping this time, it occurred to me that they are both dumb and deaf.
